Oasiz 2 by Danube handover date: the latest position
Oasiz 2 by Danube is registered for completion on 30 November 2027, the date the Dubai Land Department (DLD) holds for project 3260, and Danube’s own page gives November 2027. More on prices and sizes is on the Oasiz 2 by Danube page.
Danube’s inspection on 31 August 2026 put the tower at 33%, with the 16th floor slab cast. The DLD’s site inspection a month earlier, on 29 July 2026, recorded 31%. Danube has said both Oasiz towers will hand over within 12 months of 30 July 2026, but the registered date has not changed.

What the Oasiz 2 by Danube handover date means for payments
The 70/30 plan puts 64% of the price before handover, 6% on handover and 30% after it, paid at 1% a month for 30 months (Continental Club; Property Finder). On a studio at the AED 855,000 registered on 25 September 2026, the handover payment is AED 51,300 and the monthly post-handover instalment is about AED 8,550.
If Danube hands over before 30 November 2027, both the 6% and the start of the 30 month post-handover period would come earlier too. The post-handover instalments run until about May 2030 on the registered date.
