The DLD recorded 24.87% complete at its inspection of 30 July 2026. Wadan’s site, checked on 11 October 2026, showed 33.40%, with the pool deck slab done and only the upper roof slab left in the structure. Wadan’s figure is not dated, so the two cannot be compared directly.

Data Dubai lists the project as registered with the DLD on 20 August 2025, with construction starting on 1 September 2025. Property Finder gives an earlier start of 14 August 2025.
