When will Meydan Horizon be completed?
Short answer
Meydan Horizon has no single completion date, and none of its towers is finished. Its projects, built by separate developers, carry Dubai Land Department (DLD) registered completion dates from 30 June 2027 (The Waterway, Future Residence) to 31 August 2029 (Rove Home Meydan Horizon). At the latest DLD inspections, the furthest along were Ayaan Heights at 20.3% (8 July 2026), Claydon House at 15.72% (6 August 2026) and The Waterway at 14.73% (17 August 2026); most others were under 10% (DLD register via Continental Club, updated 4 and 5 October 2026). With The Waterway 14.73% built ten months before its registered date, the 2027 dates are likely to move.

Meydan Horizon completion date: the latest position
Meydan Horizon, the canal and lagoon district in Bu Kadra, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, has no single completion date. Meydan is the master developer, and each tower is built by its own developer with its own Dubai Land Department (DLD) registered completion date. Those dates run from 30 June 2027 to 31 August 2029, and no tower in the district is recorded as finished. See the Meydan Horizon district page for prices and developers.
Construction is at an early stage across the district. The most advanced tower, Ayaan Heights, was 20.3% built on 8 July 2026. Of the 18 towers with a published DLD inspection, 14 were under 10%.

Rove Home appears on the register as “R Home MH” and Symphony as “Imtiaz Symphony Tower”. Meydan’s own Bu Kadra Tower has no published date. Propsearch credits Ayaan Heights to MAG Group, while Property Finder and the register name Invest Group Overseas.
Continental Club’s DLD transaction tables for the Meydan Horizon location also include Sobha Hartland 2 towers such as Skyvue and Skyscape. Their dates are on the Sobha Hartland 2 page.
How the Meydan Horizon completion date has changed
Several marketed dates no longer match the register. Bayut still lists Claydon House for Q2 2027, while the register gives 31 December 2027. Imtiaz gave May 2028 for Wynwood Horizon, against a registered 30 October 2028. Bayut lists Rove Home for Q1 2029, against a registered 31 August 2029. Highgrove by Ellington’s registered completion date has moved from Q4 2027 to 31 December 2028 on the DLD register (Continental Club, register updated 11 October 2026), while its marketed date is still Q4 2027 and it was 7% built on 6 August 2026. One date runs the other way: DHG markets Helvetia Verde for Q1 2028, but its registered completion date is 30 November 2027.
The earliest registered dates also look tight. The Waterway, under construction since 15 November 2024, was 14.73% built on 17 August 2026, with about ten months left to its registered 30 June 2027. Future Residence, also registered for 30 June 2027, has no inspection newer than 0% on 25 August 2025. Helvetia Verde was still finishing excavation in early August 2026, according to DHG.
What the Meydan Horizon completion date means for payments
Many Meydan Horizon towers leave a large share of the price to completion. Wynwood Horizon is sold on 20% down, 40% during construction and 40% at handover (Continental Club), and Data Habibi lists the same 20/40/40 split for Ayaan Heights. Helvetia Azure launched on a 60/40 plan, with 40% due at completion (Alnair). Under these plans a later completion date moves 40% of the price to a later date.
What to check before relying on a Meydan Horizon date
- Which developer and DLD project number the unit sits under, since each tower in Meydan Horizon is a separate registration with its own date.
- The registered completion date against the marketed quarter, given the gaps at Claydon House, Highgrove, Wynwood Horizon and Rove Home.
- How recent the last inspection is. Future Residence and Rove Home have no inspection since 2025.
- The completion date and grace period in the SPA, especially for towers with 40% due at handover.
