The latest DLD inspection, on 10 August 2026, recorded the building 37.75% complete. No revised completion date has been published by the developer or filed in the register. Sales continued up to the deadline: the latest registered sale, a 466 sq ft shop at AED 1,205,000, was recorded on 14 September 2026, nine days before the registered date.
