Jade Tower handover date: the latest position
The DLD project register holds 31 March 2027 as the completion date for Jade Tower, Tiger Properties’ 28 floor apartment tower in Majan. Property Finder lists the same date, while Continental Club shows a developer-supplied Q2 2027. Prices, sizes and payment plans are on the Jade Tower project page.
The DLD inspection on 2 October 2026 recorded the tower 11% complete. That leaves 89% of the work for the under six months to the registered date. The date in the register has not been updated, and Tiger has not announced a new one.

The tower has one basement, a ground floor, four parking floors, 28 residential floors and a roof.
How the Jade Tower handover date has changed
- 1 April 2024: Bookings open and registered construction start, with completion set for 31 March 2027 (Property Finder; DLD register).
- 3 May 2024: Construction start date given by Property Finder.
- 1 April 2026: DLD inspection at 7.64%.
- 18 June 2026: DLD inspection at 9.43%.
- 2 October 2026: DLD inspection at 11%. The registered date is still 31 March 2027.
The registered date has stayed the same since launch, but progress has not kept up with it. About 30 months after the registered start, the tower is about one ninth complete. In the six months to October 2026 it gained about 3.4 points, roughly 0.6 points a month. Continental Club now shows a developer-supplied Q2 2027, the only sign of the date sliding so far.
Sales have continued while the build runs late. DLD registrations in August and September 2026 included 1 bedrooms at AED 1.17 million to AED 1.27 million, above the 1 bedroom median of AED 852,324, and Continental Club counts only one resale among 210 registered sales.
What the Jade Tower handover date means for payments
Most Jade Tower buyers are on plans that run past handover. The main 70/30 plan takes 20% at booking and 50% during construction, then 30% over 24 months after handover. Releases listed in 2026 take only 10% on handover and 50% over 48 months after it (Home4You, ezre). Buyers on the 60/40 plan owe 40% on handover. In each case the handover date sets when the final instalments begin, so a delay pushes them later rather than cancelling them.
