The register’s progress data is unclear. It shows 20.62% at an inspection on 22 December 2025, but also a pending status and a construction start of 1 March 2026. No later inspection had been published by early October 2026.

What the Haus of Tenet handover date means for payments
The plan is 10/40/50, so half the price is due on completion (GRAF). One published schedule puts 35% on fixed dates between booking and 1 February 2027, with three more 5% instalments tied to 40%, 60% and 80% construction (Tohid Fetrat). Under that schedule, a later completion delays the milestone instalments and the 50% balance, but not the dated ones. On an AED 3.2 million office, AED 1.6 million is due at completion.
