What the Hado by Beyond handover date means for payments
Half the price is due on handover. The first half is paid as either 10% on booking and 40% during construction, or 20% in the first month and 30% in six instalments, depending on the source (Continental Club; Ezre). Construction instalments are often linked to dates or progress, so the SPA schedule decides when each falls.
