Danube’s project page gives that quarter, and the DLD register holds a registered completion date of 31 December 2029 for the townhouse and villa community beside Dubai International Academic City. What the Greenz by Danube handover date means for payments
Danube sells Greenz on its 1% monthly plan, with 10% at booking. The share due at handover differs between agent descriptions: 30% on handover in one version, and 20% on handover plus 40% spread over 40 months after handover in another. On a AED 3.5 million townhouse, 30% at handover is AED 1.05 million. Under the post-handover version, payments would continue into 2033 if handover happens in December 2029.
