Grand Polo Club and Resort has no single handover date. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives each of its 13 registered clusters its own completion date, from February 2029 for Chevalia Estate to August 2029 for Equiterra and Equestra, and Property Finder lists 1 June 2029 for the project. Emaar has not published a handover date in its launch release or on its community page. Prices and villa types are on the Grand Polo Club and Resort page.
Construction is at an early stage. The most advanced cluster, Montura, was 11.08% complete at the DLD inspection of 5 August 2026, and Chevalia Fields was 10.03% on 21 July 2026. The clusters launched later, Equiterra, Equiterra 2 and Equestra, were around 1% in April and May 2026.

The order of registered dates does not follow progress on site. Chevalia Estate has the earliest date, February 2029, but was 2.28% built in April 2026, while Montura, registered for June 2029, was furthest ahead.

Property Finder lists 10% at launch, 70% during construction in 7 instalments and 20% at handover. On a 3 bedroom villa listed from AED 5.7 million, the handover payment is AED 1.14 million, and AED 3.99 million is paid during construction. Emaar has not published the plan on its own pages. With most of the price due during construction, the timing of the 7 instalments matters as much as the 2029 date.
