The pace has slowed with each inspection: about three points a month from July to November 2025, about two points a month to March 2026 and about one point a month from March to July 2026. Finishing by 31 December 2026 would need about six points a month from August, several times the recent rate. Continental Club’s projection from the past year’s average of 1.54 points a month is 16 June 2028.

Property Finder lists 20% at launch, 20% during construction, 10% on handover and 50% after handover. Under that plan 40% has been paid and the other 60% starts only on handover, so the delay pushes back both the handover payment and the post-handover instalments.
