Sources disagree on what was promised. The DLD register set 31 May 2026, and Continental Club shows a developer date of Q2 2026, but launch listings gave Q4 2026 from March 2025. Either way, the building was under half built when the registered date arrived. From February to May 2026 progress rose by 6.96 points in about three and a half months. Finishing by 30 December 2026 would need about 7.5 points a month from May.
