The DLD project register holds a registered completion date of 15 December 2028 for Enchante by Grid, listed there as Enchante By Grid. GRID’s own target is the fourth quarter of 2028, and its project website shows December 2028. Prices, sizes and the payment plan are on the Enchante by Grid page.
Construction has only just begun. The DLD inspection of 17 April 2026 recorded 0%, the register shows construction starting on 25 May 2026, and GRID announced its groundbreaking on 27 July 2026. No later inspection has been published (register updated 8 October 2026).
