The project is at an early stage. Its only DLD inspection, on 5 December 2025, recorded 0%, and the registered construction start date is 16 April 2026. The register has no newer progress figure, so the 2029 date has not yet been tested against site progress.

The DLD register treats Eltiera Views as one project of 1,185 units (DLD project 4116), while broker price lists split the stock into Tower 1 and Tower 2.

The December 2028 figure on Certified Poor matches the date reported for Eltiera Heights, Ellington’s earlier and separate project on the same lake. It does not match the DLD record for Eltiera Views.

What the Eltiera Views handover date means for payments
Ellington’s plan puts 30% of the price on completion. The other 70% is paid before it: 20% on booking, 10% at 60 days, 5% at each of 120, 180, 240 and 360 days, and 5% at each of the 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% construction stages. Because the first 50% is time based, it falls due in the first year whatever the pace on site. The four construction stage payments, and the final 30%, move if the building runs late. - Which tower the unit is in, and the date in its SPA. The register shows one date for the project; contracts may set dates by tower.
- The first DLD inspection after April 2026. It will show whether work is keeping pace with a December 2029 finish.
- That the project is Eltiera Views and not Eltiera Heights. Some portals mix the two names and dates.
