The DLD register gives Eden Hills a registered completion date of 25 December 2026, but the project was only 3.54% complete at the DLD inspection on 22 September 2026, so that date will be missed. Eden Hills handover date: the latest position
The DLD project register gives Eden Hills a registered completion date of 25 December 2026. At the latest DLD inspection, on 22 September 2026, the community was 3.54% complete, so that date will pass with almost all of the work still ahead. H&H Development’s most recent published date is Q1 2028, given for the second phase in January 2025 (Metropolitan). Bayut shows Q1 2028 for the whole community, while Property Finder still shows December 2026. H&H had not announced a revised date by 11 October 2026.
