Divine Al Barari handover date: the latest position
Divine Al Barari is registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for completion on 31 March 2028. Takmeel Developments has said Q2 2028 since it launched the tower on 2 October 2025, and repeated that date at the groundbreaking in January 2026. The latest DLD inspection, on 19 May 2026, recorded 12.28% complete. That reading came about six and a half months after the registered construction start of 1 November 2025.

The developer’s date has held since launch. The only spread is between sources: end of March 2028 on the register, Q2 2028 from Takmeel and June 2028 in one broker feed.
What the Divine Al Barari handover date means for payments
Takmeel’s factsheet plan is 40/60. Buyers pay 10% on reservation, 10% a month later and 5% at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months, for 40% in total, then 60% on handover (Seven Century). The 24 month instalment falls before the registered completion date, so on this plan nothing is due between that instalment and handover. If handover moves, only the 60% payment moves with it. Buyers on a post-handover plan, such as 10% on booking, 40% during construction, 10% on handover and 40% over 36 months (Katalystor), would see the 36 month schedule start from the actual handover date.
