Bulgari Lighthouse is due for completion on 27 March 2027, the registered completion date the Dubai Land Department holds for the tower. The developer supplied date is Q1 2027, while Propsearch estimates Q2 2027. The DLD inspection of 9 July 2026 recorded 63.61% complete, and no later inspection had been recorded by 27 September 2026. The tower gained 10.14 points between the RERA inspection of 15 April 2026, at 53.47%, and the DLD inspection of 9 July 2026, about 12 weeks. To finish by 27 March 2027, the remaining 36.39 points would need to be built in about eight and a half months from that inspection. Meraas’s own internal inspection of 11 June 2026 gave 58.77%, between the two official figures.

What the Bulgari Lighthouse handover date means for payments
Meraas does not publish a payment plan, and the tower is sold out, so buyers now come in through resales and take over the seller’s remaining schedule. Continental Club lists a developer supplied plan of 20% down payment, 70% during construction and 10% on handover. Under that plan, most of the price has been paid by the time the tower is finished, and the handover share is the smallest instalment. On a recorded resale price of AED 80 million, from January 2026, 10% would be AED 8 million.
