Binghatti Wraith is due for completion on 30 December 2027. That is the registered completion date the Dubai Land Department holds for project 4482, and listings at the June 2026 launch gave the same Q4 2027. More on prices and sizes is on the Binghatti Wraith page.

The register sets construction to start on 1 July 2026. The only published inspection, on 20 May 2026, recorded 0%, and no inspection after the start date had been published by 11 October 2026. The date has not changed since launch, but there is no progress figure yet to test it against.

Wraith is one 19 storey tower, so one date applies to all 881 registered units.

The DLD register lists 196 studios, 563 one bedroom, 86 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom apartments, plus 34 shops (Dubai Handover). Binghatti describes a ground floor, four podium levels, 14 residential floors and a roof, so the residential floors cannot start until the podium is built. Propsearch gives a slightly higher total of 889 units. Buyer payments are held in an escrow account at United Arab Bank (DLD register).

Wraith is sold on a 50/50 plan, so half the price falls due at handover. On a studio at AED 799,999 that is about AED 400,000; on a 1 bedroom at the AED 1,275,000 DLD median, about AED 637,500 (Continental Club, DLD data to 3 October 2026). A later handover would push this payment back, while the construction half is paid during the build.

What to check before relying on the Binghatti Wraith date

1. The completion date and grace period in the SPA, given that 50% of the price depends on it.
2. The first DLD inspection after the 1 July 2026 start, through the DLD project status enquiry service for project 4482.
3. How the construction half is scheduled in the SPA, since sources split it as 10/40 or 20/30.
