Binghatti Twilight handover date: the latest position
Binghatti Twilight has a registered completion date of 30 April 2026 in the DLD project register. Binghatti’s own page gives Q1 2026. Both dates have passed and the tower is not finished. Prices, sizes and the payment plan are on the Binghatti Twilight page.
The latest DLD inspection, on 14 September 2026, recorded the building at 55.41% complete. Binghatti has not announced a revised completion date, and Propsearch’s estimate of March 2026 had not been updated since 7 May 2026.
The tower is one of several Binghatti projects with a Q1 2026 date that has passed, alongside Binghatti Ruby in JVC. Twilight is further ahead than Ruby, at 55.41% against 46.43%, but it started later, in April 2025, and has fewer units, 277 against 628. The published dates have not changed since launch, but the building has fallen behind them. A tower that started work in April 2025 was given about a year to complete; by September 2026 it had been under construction for about 17 months and was just over half built.
