Binghatti Skyrise handover date: the latest position
Binghatti Skyrise is due for completion on 31 December 2026. That is the registered completion date the Dubai Land Department holds for the project, and Binghatti, Property Finder and Propsearch all give the same date. The last published DLD site inspection, on 23 April 2026, recorded the project 22.4% complete, 18 months after construction started on 15 October 2024. At that inspection, about eight months remained to the registered date and 77.6% of the work was still to be done. No newer inspection had been added to the register by 30 September 2026, three months before the registered date, and Binghatti has not published a percentage since. It posted a site update in May 2026 without a figure.
Binghatti Skyrise handover date by building
Bayut names the three towers A, B and C, and Propsearch calls them Towers 1, 2 and 3. The DLD register counts 4 buildings, filed as three towers of 48 residential floors over a five level podium, and it publishes one figure for the whole project.

What the Binghatti Skyrise handover date means for payments
Binghatti and Property Finder publish a plan of 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover, which Bayut describes as 70/30. The 30% handover payment is the largest single instalment. On a studio at the AED 975,000 launch price, it comes to AED 292,500. If handover moves beyond December 2026, that payment moves with it, while the 50% construction share is paid as the build progresses.
