What the Binghatti Luxuria handover date means for payments
Binghatti’s plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. Excel Properties lists the construction share as 3% a month for 16 months plus one 2% instalment. Monthly instalments run on dates, not on build stages. A buyer who booked in February 2026 would have paid most of the 50% by mid 2027, whether or not the tower is near completion.
