Binghatti Etherea handover date: the latest position
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register holds 31 December 2027 as the completion date for Binghatti Etherea (project number 4303). The DLD inspection of 15 September 2026 recorded 7.24% construction progress. Prices, sizes and the payment plan are on the Binghatti Etherea page.
Binghatti’s project page says July 2027, five months before the registered date. Broker pages are split between Q3 2027 and Q4 2027. Realty Hunting describes the launch as Q1 2026, although the first DLD-registered sale was on 5 November 2025 (Mitchell’s). The registered date is the later of the published dates and the one most consistent with progress so far.

Neither date has moved since sales began. The registered date allows two years from the construction start, while Binghatti’s target allows about 18 months.
From the registered start on 1 January 2026 to the September 2026 inspection, progress averaged under 1 percentage point a month. Finishing by 31 December 2027 would need about 6 points a month for the remaining 15 months. Finishing by the end of July 2027 would need close to 9 points a month. The five month gap between the two dates depends on how fast the next year of work goes.
What the Binghatti Etherea handover date means for payments
The plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. The completion payment is AED 229,500 on the AED 764,999 studio and about AED 360,000 on a 1 bedroom at the AED 1,199,999 list price. Nothing is due after handover. If the tower completes on the registered date rather than in July 2027, the 30% falls due about five months later.
