Binghatti Cullinan handover date: the latest position
The registered completion date for Binghatti Cullinan, a single tower in Al Jaddaf, is 30 June 2027, according to the Dubai Land Department register as republished by Continental Club on 29 September 2026. The same date appeared in launch materials when units were released on 20 November 2025. Binghatti’s own project page gives no completion date. The only DLD inspection published so far, on 25 November 2025, recorded 0% complete, a week before the registered construction start of 1 December 2025. No later inspection had been posted by 1 October 2026, so there is no official progress figure for 2026. Portals are split between Q2 2027 and Q4 2027.

The two copies of the register disagree on the completion date: Continental Club’s, updated 29 September 2026, shows 30 June 2027, while Mitchells Commercial Realty’s, dated 15 June 2026, shows none on file. Unit counts also vary, from 630 (Continental Club) to 643 (Mitchells) and about 645 (Propsearch).

The date has not moved since launch. The gap between Q2 2027 and Q4 2027 existed from the start, not as a later delay. A registered start of December 2025 and a registered completion date of June 2027 leave a 19 month build window for a 14 storey residential tower on four podium levels.
What the Binghatti Cullinan handover date means for payments
The plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover (Continental Club), which Binghatti also describes as 70/30. On a studio at the launch price of AED 819,999, about AED 246,000 falls due at handover. Binghatti’s page now lists studios from AED 867,999 (accessed 1 October 2026), where 30% is about AED 260,000. If handover moves from Q2 2027 to Q4 2027, that payment moves by about six months.
What to check before relying on the Binghatti Cullinan date
- The completion date written in the SPA. Binghatti’s page has no date and portals give two, so the SPA is the one that binds.
- A current progress figure. With no DLD inspection published since November 2025, the DLD project status enquiry service or a written update from Binghatti is the only way to see 2026 progress.
- What triggers the final 30%. Continental Club describes it as due on handover and linked to full completion. The SPA wording sets when Binghatti can call it.
