Binghatti says Binghatti Aquarise is expected to be completed in Q1 2027. The DLD register holds an earlier registered completion date of 31 October 2026 for the Business Bay project, covered in full on the Binghatti Aquarise page.
The last DLD inspection, on 14 May 2026, recorded 21.04% complete. Daily snapshots of the register from August to 10 October 2026 show no newer inspection and no change to the October date (Dubai Handover). With about four fifths of the work outstanding in May, neither the October 2026 date nor, on the progress published so far, an early 2027 finish is assured.

What the Binghatti Aquarise handover date means for payments
Binghatti’s plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. The 30% balance is the payment tied to the handover date. On a 1 bedroom at AED 2,000,000, that is AED 600,000. If completion moves from Q1 to Q2 2027 or later, that payment moves with it, and so does the start of any rental income.
