Beach Walk by Imtiaz handover date: the latest position
Beach Walk by Imtiaz is a series of buildings on Dubai Islands, each a separate DLD project with its own date. Two are complete. Imtiaz handed over the first in March 2026, the first residential handover on the islands (Gulf News, 10 March 2026), and the DLD register recorded Beach Walk 2 at 100% with a status date of 6 August 2026. Two are still being built. Beach Walk 3 passed its registered completion date of 14 June 2026 and was 82.01% complete on 20 July 2026. Beach Walk 4 is registered for 20 April 2027 and was 42.87% complete on 13 August 2026 (DLD register via Continental Club, updated 4 to 6 October 2026).

The first building arrived about a quarter after the Q4 2025 target given at its groundbreaking. Beach Walk 3 is the one now running late: it needed about 18 more points after 20 July 2026, at a recent pace of about 5 points a month. Beach Walk 4 needs about 57 points in eight months to meet 20 April 2027, or about 7 points a month, against about 3.6 points a month between June and August 2026. Imtiaz’s own June 2027 date for Beach Walk 4 gives it two more months.
What the Beach Walk by Imtiaz handover date means for payments
All buildings sold on 20% down payment, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. For Beach Walk 3 and Beach Walk 4 buyers, the 40% falls on the handover notice, so a later finish moves the largest payment later. On a Beach Walk 4 1 bedroom at the launch price of AED 1,942,000, that is about AED 776,800.
What to check before relying on the Beach Walk by Imtiaz date
- The DLD project number on the SPA, since Beach Walk 1 to 4 and Beach Walk Grand each have a different date and status.
- For Beach Walk 3, a written revised date from Imtiaz, as the registered date passed in June 2026 with no new date published.
- For Beach Walk 4, which date the SPA uses, 20 April 2027 on the register or June 2027 in Imtiaz’s FAQ.
