The latest DLD inspection, on 25 March 2026, recorded 3% complete. Azizi marketed Ruby for Q4 2026 at launch, so the realistic date is now the registered one in 2028 or later, depending on how fast work moves from here.

What the Azizi Ruby handover date means for payments
Half of the price is due on handover under the 10/40/50 plan. Dubricks shows the four construction instalments of 10% falling within 2, 7, 15 and 26 months of the sale date, so they are tied to time rather than progress. A buyer who booked at launch in January 2025 would have paid 50% by about March 2027, with the final 50% waiting on a completion registered for January 2028. On a studio at the DLD median of AED 630,000, that final payment is about AED 315,000.
