When is the Azizi Milan handover date?

Azizi Milan handover date: the latest position
Azizi Milan has no single handover date. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives each tower its own registered completion date, from 26 March 2027 for Milan 51 to 8 September 2028 for Milan Heights, and Property Finder lists June 2028, or Q2 2028, for the district. The register shows no construction progress for these towers. The last DLD inspections on record, from 2 April to 10 September 2025, each recorded 0%, and no newer inspection had been published by September 2026. On 18 June 2026 Azizi’s project director said 16 buildings with close to 10,000 homes were advancing on schedule and that the project structure had evolved, without giving dates or percentages.

Each registered completion date sits about two years after its registered construction start, except Milan Heights, at three years. These eight entries hold 8,268 homes, against the 81,200 Azizi announced for the district in April 2025 and the close to 10,000 in 16 buildings it described in June 2026.

What the Azizi Milan handover date means for payments
Plans differ by tower. Property Finder lists 10% at launch, 50% during construction and 40% on handover for some towers, and 10%, 60% and 30% for others. Continental Club lists Milan 9 at 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover at 100% completion. On a studio from AED 560,000, a 40% handover payment is AED 224,000, and a 50% one is AED 280,000. With 30% to 50% tied to handover, a large share of the price moves with the completion date.

- Which tower your unit is in and its DLD project number. Registered dates run from 26 March 2027 to 8 September 2028.
- Whether your tower is among the 16 buildings Azizi says are under way, since Azizi said in June 2026 that the project structure had evolved.
- The completion date and grace period in your SPA, compared with the registered date, since the 2027 dates fall 6 to 8 months after October 2026, with 0% recorded at the last inspections.
