The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register lists 30 September 2028 as the completion date for Azizi Leily, DLD project 4233 in Al Jaddaf. The latest official progress figure is 2%, from the DLD inspection of 24 March 2026. The register was refreshed on 6 October 2026 with no newer inspection. Propsearch still shows an estimated handover of Q4 2027, which would require almost the whole 20 storey tower to be built in about 21 months from that inspection.
