The DLD inspection of 8 June 2026 recorded 100% for project number 2721 (Continental Club), and the finished status was recorded in the register on 9 June 2026 (Real Estate Club Dubai). The last stretch moved quickly. In January 2026 Azizi reported tiling at 81%, MEP at 85% and finishes at 67%, with 322 workers on site. By April 2026 MEP was at 98%, the façade at 97% and finishes at 99%, with 320 workers. Azizi described Azizi Central as its 21st completed project in Al Furjan (Azizi, 24 July 2026), and it handed over in a year in which Azizi says it completed seven projects by mid September (GDN, 15 September 2026).

Continental Club lists a 40/60 plan: 10% on booking, 30% during construction and 60% on handover at 100% completion.
