Azizi Amir is registered for completion on 17 June 2027 under DLD project number 3844, two years to the day after its registered construction start. Most portals now show Q4 2027 instead, and Azizi has not published a date of its own for the building. Full project details are on the Azizi Amir page.
The progress figure makes the June 2027 date hard to meet. The DLD recorded 2.35% on 18 March 2026, nine months into the build, leaving about 98 points to complete in 15 months to meet the registered date. No newer DLD inspection had been published by early October 2026.

Azizi Amir is one building with 104 homes. Azizi Sakandar, launched alongside it in June 2025, is a separate project with its own registration.

Azizi’s launch release did not state a handover date. The June 2027 date comes from the register and Property Finder’s launch timeline; the Q4 2027 date on later listings is the only revision seen, and Azizi has not explained it. Across its portfolio, Azizi said in September 2026 that handovers run “through 2026 and into 2027” (GDN, 15 September 2026).
What the Azizi Amir handover date means for payments
Under the standard 50/50 plan, 10% is paid on booking and 10% each within 60, 180, 300 and 420 days, so a buyer who booked in June 2025 had paid 50% by about August 2026 (Tanami Properties). Those instalments run on fixed days, not construction stages. The other 50% is due on handover, so a later completion pushes back only that final payment. On a 1 bedroom at about AED 1.3 million, the handover payment is about AED 650,000.
