What the At 85 Residences handover date means for payments
The 40/60 plan puts 60% of the price on completion. For a studio at the AED 650,000 launch price, that is AED 390,000 due on handover. The other 40% is paid on fixed dates: 10% on booking, 10% within 30 days, and 5% on each of 1 September 2026, 1 January 2027, 1 May 2027 and 1 September 2027 (Genz Properties).
