Ashley Hills is registered for completion on 31 March 2027, and TownX gives Q1 2027 for handover. In its construction update of 6 April 2026, TownX said the project was “on track for handover in Q1 2027”. Full project details are on the Ashley Hills page.
The DLD inspection of 10 June 2026 recorded 74.05% progress, the latest published figure. The project gained 22.35 points between February and June 2026. Continental Club estimates that, at the past year’s pace of about 5.6 points a month, construction would reach 100% around 30 October 2026. Handover then depends on the building completion certificate, utility connections and snagging.

What the Ashley Hills handover date means for payments
Under the 40/60 plan, buyers pay 20% down and 20% during construction, then 60% on handover. If the build finishes early, the 60% can fall due earlier than March 2027. On a studio bought at about AED 700,000, that is about AED 420,000. Under the 70/30 plan offered at launch, 70% is paid during construction and 30% at handover. Buyers using a mortgage for the handover payment need a bank valuation near completion.
