The two other buildings under construction are further behind their dates. Phase 4 is registered for 30 December 2026 and was 11.76% complete on 14 July 2026. Phase 5 is registered for 3 June 2027 and was 4.22% complete on 25 June 2026. The first two Al Haseen buildings are completed: phase 1 has a registered completion date of 30 April 2020, and phase 2 is listed as ready.

None of the registered dates had changed by October 2026. Phase 3 was at 0.6% five and a half months after its start, and moved faster in 2026. At its February to July 2026 pace of about 1.5 points a month, it would not reach 100% by May 2027. The completed phase 1 took three years, from May 2017 to April 2020.
