The latest DLD inspection, on 16 June 2026, recorded 2.54% complete. The building gained 1.32 points between March and June 2026. Continental Club’s median for completed Dubai projects is about 2.5 points a month, so the current pace would need to rise several times over to meet April 2028. No newer inspection had been published by the register update of 8 October 2026.
