## When will Wynwood by Imtiaz be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives Wynwood by Imtiaz a completion date of 30 September 2027. Imtiaz Developments' own project page lists the estimated completion and handover as Q3 2027, and Property Finder gives 30 September 2027. The date has been the same since sales opened in mid 2025.

The latest DLD inspection, on 6 October 2026, recorded the building 26.26% complete. That left nearly three quarters of the work for the 12 months to the registered date.

## Wynwood by Imtiaz construction update

The register records construction starting on 15 June 2025. DLD inspections recorded 8.45% on 3 April 2026, 16% on 9 July 2026 and 26.26% on 6 October 2026 (DLD register via Continental Club). That is about 10 percentage points in each of the last two quarters. Imtiaz's project page showed a construction progress figure of 21 when accessed on 11 October 2026, below the latest DLD reading.

The building has a ground floor, two podium levels, 14 residential floors and a roof, 18 floors in all, on a plot of 51,774 sq ft (Dubricks, from DLD data). The DLD project number is 3784, and buyer payments go to an escrow account at Ajman Bank. Propsearch names Vicc Venco Imtiaz Contracting Company as main contractor and Jouzy Consulting Engineers as architectural consultant.

Imtiaz markets the project as Wynwood Residence. It has 146 homes: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments plus 3 and 4 bedroom duplexes.

## Wynwood by Imtiaz prices and resale

Units launched from AED 1.98 million (Propsearch; Metropolitan, 9 June 2025). Property Finder now lists a starting price of AED 2,242,863 (accessed 11 October 2026).

The DLD has recorded 140 sales since 2025, about 1% of them resales, at a median of about AED 25,116 per square metre, or about AED 2,333 per sq ft (Continental Club, transactions updated 3 October 2026). The 84 sales of 1 bedrooms had a median of about AED 2.25 million for about 915 sq ft, and the 45 sales of 2 bedrooms a median of about AED 2.92 million for about 1,432 sq ft. The most recent 1 bedroom sale registered at AED 2.26 million on 19 August 2026. Continental Club calculates prices per square metre up 3% over the past year, against 4% for Dubai Islands as a whole.

## Wynwood by Imtiaz payment plan

The plan is 60/40: 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover (Propsearch; Continental Club). The 4% DLD fee is extra. 60% of the price is paid before completion, and the 40% balance falls due at handover, registered for 30 September 2027.

## Wynwood by Imtiaz developer and delivery record

Imtiaz Developments builds Wynwood through Imtiaz GI Real Estate Development, the name on the DLD register. Its chief executive described it in June 2025 as set to be the tallest residential development on Dubai Islands (Economy Middle East). Imtiaz became the first developer to hand over a residential project on the islands when Beach Walk by Imtiaz, with 80 homes, was delivered in March 2026 (Gulf News, 10 March 2026). ## What to check before buying at Wynwood by Imtiaz

1. **The completion date in the SPA and the grace period**, since about 74% of the work was left a year before the registered date.
2. **Whether the unit is an apartment or a duplex**, as the 4 bedroom duplexes are priced and sized very differently from the rest of the building.
3. **Funds or mortgage approval for the 40% handover payment.**
4. **The next DLD inspection**, which shows whether the pace of about 10 points a quarter picks up as the structure rises.
