## When will Weston by Wadan be handed over?

Wadan Developments markets Weston by Wadan for handover in Q4 2028, and its payment plans set the completion payment in that quarter (Wadan project site). Projectory lists December 2028. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register, where the project appears as Weston by Wadan, project 4519, holds a later completion date of 28 April 2029, about four months after the marketed quarter.

Construction was at 0% at the first DLD inspection on 29 June 2026, which took place around the time sales opened.

## Weston by Wadan construction update

Only one inspection is on record: 0% on 29 June 2026 (DLD register via Continental Club). The register lists a planned construction start of 28 October 2026, so little site progress is expected before then. The escrow account is held at First Abu Dhabi Bank. The building is planned as a ground floor, 17 residential floors and a roof, over three basement parking levels (Binayah; Property Finder listing).

## Weston by Wadan homes and sizes

All homes are sold fully furnished and fitted. The DLD register lists 373 units: 169 studios, 119 one bedroom, 51 two bedroom and 34 three bedroom apartments.

Average sizes and prices are from Wadan's project site; DLD size ranges are from Continental Club. Prices on the standard plan are 5% lower. Amenities include a podium play level with a jogging track and a rooftop with an infinity pool, gym and sauna.

## Weston by Wadan prices and resale

Agents took expressions of interest of AED 50,000 in June 2026 (707 Real Estate, 12 June 2026), and launch details gave the end of June 2026 as the launch date (Property Gulf). Binayah reported on 26 August 2026 that the Phase 1 allocation sold out at the launch event at Wadan's Downtown Dubai sales gallery.

The first DLD sales appeared in September 2026. They included a studio of about 434 sq ft at AED 664,587 and a 1 bedroom of about 787 sq ft at AED 1,106,640 on 28 September, a 3 bedroom of about 1,600 sq ft at AED 1,984,821 on 21 September, and a 2 bedroom of about 1,225 sq ft at AED 2,001,000 on 28 September (Continental Club). All are first sales from the developer. Binayah noted that some later listings were priced above launch levels.

## Weston by Wadan payment plan

Wadan offers two plans, both with a 15% down payment (Wadan project site):

- **Standard 50/50:** 15% on booking, 35% during construction and 50% on completion in Q4 2028, at a price 5% lower.
- **Three year post-handover:** 15% on booking, 30% during construction, 5% on completion and 50% over three years after handover.

Property Gulf lists dated instalments for the standard plan: 5% in September 2026, then 10% each in March 2027, September 2027 and March 2028. For the post-handover plan it shows the balance paid quarterly from March 2029 to December 2031. On that plan, a studio at AED 650,000 would need AED 325,000 up to and including completion and AED 325,000 after it.

## Weston by Wadan developer and delivery record

Wadan Developments' other Dubai projects include Nuvana on Dubai Islands, Seraph and Cybele in DLRC, and Tresora in Jumeirah Village Circle. [Seraph](/projects/seraph-by-wadan/) is registered for completion on 15 December 2027 and [Cybele](/projects/cybele-by-wadan/) on 30 December 2027, so Wadan has not yet handed over a Dubai project. Binayah describes the company as active in Dubai since 2025.

## What to check before buying at Weston by Wadan

1. **Whether the SPA uses Q4 2028 or 28 April 2029**, and the grace period after that date.
2. **The plan choice**: the standard plan is 5% cheaper, while the post-handover plan defers half the price until 2029 to 2031.
3. **The furniture and fit-out schedule** attached to the SPA, since every unit is sold furnished.
4. **Progress at Seraph and Cybele**, Wadan's earlier DLRC towers, as the first test of its delivery record.
