## When will Vista by Vision be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register, where the project is listed as Vista By Vision, gives a completion date of 1 September 2027. Property Finder shows the same date and a Q3 2027 delivery, and Continental Club records Q3 2027 as the developer's date. Vision Developments' own project page lists Vista as under construction without a date (accessed 11 October 2026).

Construction is at an early stage. At the last DLD inspection, on 14 May 2026, the building was 3.38% complete, with about 15 and a half months left to the registered date. No later inspection had been published when the register was updated on 8 October 2026.

## Vista by Vision construction update

The register records Vista as registered on 18 November 2025, with construction starting on 1 January 2026. DLD inspectors recorded 0% on 28 October 2025 and 3.38% on 14 May 2026 (Dubai Data). Continental Club works out the pace between those two inspections at 0.52 percentage points a month. That rate is far below what the building needs, though early figures often rise slowly while foundations and basements are built.

The building has a basement, ground floor, 14 residential floors and a roof, with retail units at the base (Vision Developments, 28 October 2025). The DLD project number is 4175 and buyer payments go to an escrow account at Banque Misr.

## Vista by Vision homes and sizes

Vision Developments lists 321 apartments, from studios to 2 bedrooms. The DLD register counts 328 units, which includes 7 units outside the main apartment types.

## Vista by Vision prices and resale

Vision Developments lists a starting price of AED 558,000, the same launch price shown by Property Finder. The developer says Vista sold out in seven hours in December 2025, with more than AED 350 million in sales.

The DLD recorded 304 sales from January to August 2026 at a median of AED 1.09 million, or AED 1,248 per sq ft (Dubai Data, data through 29 September 2026). By type, the medians were AED 659,000 for studios of about 470 sq ft, AED 1.11 million for 1 bedrooms of about 898 sq ft and AED 1.55 million for 2 bedrooms of about 1,446 sq ft. Sales peaked at 77 in February 2026 and fell to 16 in August. All were off-plan.

Recent prices are close to those medians. Studios on lower floors registered at AED 569,700 on 6 October 2026 and AED 629,046 to AED 633,501 in mid September (PropertyIndex). PropertyIndex puts the building about 8% below the Dubai Production City median price per sq ft.

## Vista by Vision payment plan

Property Finder lists 10% down payment at launch, 10% during construction and 80% on handover. OffPlanIndex shows a second option of 20% down with 80% on handover. Both put 80% of the price at completion. The 4% DLD fee is extra. With 80% due on handover, most buyers will need a mortgage or cash when the building is finished.

## Vista by Vision developer and delivery record

Vision Developments builds Vista through Clear Vision Real Estate Development, the name on the DLD register. It announced Vista in October 2025, after selling out [Verde by Vision](/projects/verde-by-vision/) in Dubai Sports City. In the same release the company said it had 14 projects with 2,200 homes, five projects handed over within two years and 600 homes delivered (Zawya, 28 October 2025). Its nearby [Soul by Vision](/projects/soul-by-vision/) in Dubai Production City was 62.05% complete in July 2026, with a registered completion date of 31 December 2026.

## What to check before buying at Vista by Vision

1. **The completion date in the SPA and its grace period**, since the building was 3.38% complete in May 2026 against a 1 September 2027 date.
2. **The next DLD inspection figure**, which will show whether work sped up after the substructure stage.
3. **Mortgage approval for the 80% balance**, due on handover and valued by the bank at that point.
4. **Registered prices for the same layout and floor**, since lower floor studios sold below the AED 1,386 per sq ft studio median.
