## When will Verde by Vision be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives Verde by Vision a completion date of 30 September 2027. When the project was first marketed in August 2025, agents gave a Q2 2027 completion, and Property Finder still lists expected completion on 1 June 2027. The registered date is one quarter later.

Construction is at a very early stage. At the last DLD inspection, on 14 April 2026, the building was 1.59% complete, with about 17 months left to the registered date. No later inspection had been published by 7 October 2026.

## Verde by Vision construction update

The register, which lists the project as Verde By Vision, records it as registered on 13 October 2025 with construction starting on 31 December 2025. Property Finder gives an earlier start of 7 August 2025. DLD inspectors recorded 0% on 24 September 2025 and 1.59% on 14 April 2026.

The building has a basement, ground floor, 16 residential floors and a roof (Vision Developments). It sits in the Al Hebiah Fourth district of Dubai Sports City in the DLD register. The escrow bank is The National Bank of Fujairah and the DLD project number is 4124.

## Verde by Vision homes and sizes

Vision Developments lists 253 apartments, from studios to 3 bedrooms. The developer has not published a size table, but registered sales show typical sizes.

## Verde by Vision prices and resale

Vision Developments lists a starting price of AED 602,000. The project sold out within ten hours of launch, with more than AED 300 million in sales, according to the developer's press release of 28 October 2025.

The DLD recorded 230 sales in the 12 months to September 2026 at a median of AED 1.17 million, or AED 1,380 per sq ft (Dubai Data). The median price per sq ft has stayed in a narrow band, between about AED 1,353 and AED 1,407 in each month from December 2025 to September 2026. Sales peaked at 48 in April 2026 and fell to 5 in September 2026. All recorded sales were off-plan.

## Verde by Vision payment plan

The plan is 20/80: 20% during construction and 80% on completion, as Vision Developments described it in October 2025. Property Finder and Continental Club show it as 20% down payment and 80% on handover. OffPlanIndex lists a second option of 10% down, 10% during construction and 80% on handover. The 4% DLD fee is extra. With 80% due on completion, most buyers will need a mortgage or cash at handover.

## Verde by Vision developer and delivery record

Vision Developments, registered with the DLD as Clear Vision Real Estate Development, said in October 2025 that it had 14 projects with 2,200 homes, including five projects handed over within two years and 600 homes delivered (Zawya, 28 October 2025). It launched Vista by Vision in Dubai Production City after Verde.

## What to check before buying at Verde by Vision

1. **The completion date in the SPA.** Marketing said Q2 2027, while the register says 30 September 2027.
2. **Mortgage approval for the 80% balance.** Almost the whole price falls due at handover, and the bank values the unit at that point.
3. **The next DLD inspection figure.** At 1.59% in April 2026, the building needed fast progress to finish by September 2027.
4. **Registered prices for the same layout**, since resale asking prices can differ from the AED 1,380 per sq ft median.
