## When will Vela Viento be handed over?

Omniyat has not published a specific completion date on its own project page. Property Finder lists Q3 2027. Omniyat's most recent construction update, dated 16 January 2026, reported the raft slab and ground floor slabs complete and all major contract packages awarded, consistent with a tower still several years from handover.
