## When will Treppan Living Prive be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register gives Treppan Living Prive a registered completion date of 15 December 2028. Fakhruddin Properties markets a Q4 2028 handover, so the developer date and the register agree.

The only DLD inspection on record, on 28 January 2026, recorded 0% complete. The register dates the construction start to 1 July 2026, so no progress figure after the start of works had been published by 11 October 2026. The building has about 29 months from the registered start to the registered completion date.

## Treppan Living Prive construction update

Treppan Living Prive is DLD project 4345, registered as "Treppan Living Prive" under Fakhruddin Properties Development. The January 2026 inspection took place before the sales launch on 10 February 2026 and before the registered construction start of 1 July 2026 (Continental Club, register updated 25 September 2026). The next inspection will be the first to show work on site.

## Treppan Living Prive homes and sizes

The tower has a ground floor, two podium levels, 12 residential floors and a roof, and Fakhruddin describes it as second row from the beach. All 65 homes are sold fully furnished.

Sizes are from the DLD register via Continental Club. Fakhruddin's launch release gave slightly different minimums: 1,028 sq ft, 1,617 sq ft and 3,592 sq ft. Listed prices are from JRE, accessed 11 October 2026.

## Treppan Living Prive prices

Prices start from AED 3,243,000 for a 1 bedroom (JRE; Starview Niche). On a 1,030 sq ft unit that is about AED 3,150 per sq ft. The listed 2 bedrooms, at AED 5,659,000 to AED 6,287,000 for about 1,786 to 1,804 sq ft, work out at roughly AED 3,170 to AED 3,480 per sq ft. Prices include furniture, which affects any comparison with unfurnished Dubai Islands launches.

## Treppan Living Prive payment plan

Published plans differ:

- **Continental Club and Mira International:** 60% during construction in instalments, 40% on handover.
- **JRE, Starview Niche and Saveraah:** 20% on booking, 20% during construction, 60% on handover.

A 4% DLD fee applies at booking. On a AED 3,243,000 1 bedroom, the handover payment is about AED 1.30 million on the 60/40 plan, or about AED 1.95 million on the 20/20/60 plan.

## Treppan Living Prive developer and delivery record

Fakhruddin Properties, founded in 2003 according to Continental Club, launched Treppan Living Prive on 10 February 2026 alongside actor John Abraham as global ambassador for its Treppan Living brand. The release calls it the developer's third residential launch on Dubai Islands, after Treppan Living Hatimi and [Treppan Serenique Residences](/projects/treppan-serenique-residences/). It describes both as delivered, but the DLD register shows Serenique registered for completion on 15 October 2027 and 5.24% built at its May 2026 inspection. The wellness features include red light therapy, cryotherapy, floatation therapy, a hyperbaric oxygen chamber and hot and cold plunge pools. ## What to check before buying at Treppan Living Prive

1. **The payment plan in the SPA**, since sources show either 40% or 60% due on handover.
2. **The completion date and grace period in the SPA** against 15 December 2028.
3. **The first DLD inspection after the 1 July 2026 start**, to confirm work has begun.
4. **The furniture specification and service charge**, since the price includes furniture and the building runs a large wellness amenity list.
