## When will Tonino Lamborghini Residences be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register gives Tonino Lamborghini Residences a registered completion date of 31 December 2026. Continental Club, JRE and Driven Properties list a Q1 2027 handover, a quarter later, and Property Finder shows 31 December 2026.

The DLD inspection on 21 September 2026 recorded 60% complete. With 40% of the work left and under three months to the registered date, Dubai Handover's pace based projection points to about September 2027. Gulf Land has not published its own handover date on its website (Cresco, 27 September 2026).

## Tonino Lamborghini Residences construction update

The register dates the construction start to 1 October 2017. Work reached 25.6% by April 2019 and then barely moved: 26.2% in August 2020 and 27.2% in June 2024 (Dubai Data). After Gulf Land took over the project, progress rose to 34.1% in December 2024, 50.1% in June 2025, 51.9% in March 2026, 53.9% on 10 September 2026 and 60% on 21 September 2026.

In January 2026, Gulf Land chairman Shaher Mousli said the project came "with the responsibility to restore confidence" when the company took it over, and that it had been reimagined with the Tonino Lamborghini design team (DRE Homes, 17 January 2026). Escrow is held with Commercial Bank International under DLD project number 1941.

The project has four buildings, two of six floors and two of 11 floors, above a shared ground and podium level, with 553 units (Continental Club).

## Tonino Lamborghini Residences prices and resale

Continental Club lists prices from AED 1.5 million, a figure that reflects early pricing. Registered sales show how far prices have moved. In 2019, 25 sales had a median of AED 1.30 million, or AED 1,408 per sq ft. In 2025, 136 sales had a median of AED 2.62 million at AED 2,500 per sq ft, and in 2026 to early October, 97 sales had a median of AED 3.14 million at AED 2,588 per sq ft (Dubai Data).

Recent registrations include a 934 sq ft 1 bedroom at AED 2,522,070 on 11 August 2026, a 1,535 sq ft 2 bedroom at AED 3,838,675 on 6 August 2026 and a 911 sq ft 1 bedroom at AED 2,459,565 on 1 July 2026. All 2026 sales were off-plan.

## Tonino Lamborghini Residences payment plan

Gulf Land does not publish a payment plan on its website (Cresco). Broker listings differ:

- **JRE (July 2026):** 20% on booking, 50% during construction, 30% on handover.
- **Offplans.com:** 10% down payment plus 4% DLD fee, further instalments to 60% within about 15 months, and 40% on completion.

With handover registered for December 2026, buyers now pay the construction share over a short period. The plan in each SPA is the one that applies.

## Tonino Lamborghini Residences developer and delivery record

Gulf Land Property Developers, founded in 2013 according to Continental Club, did not start this project. Its chairman describes taking it over with an existing construction footprint. The original registered date was 31 December 2021, and Propsearch recorded an estimated completion of January 2022. The register kept that date until 27 August 2026, when it changed to 31 December 2026 (Dubai Handover). Gulf Land released the final phase for sale in January 2026 through DRE Homes.

## What to check before buying at Tonino Lamborghini Residences

1. **The completion date in the SPA**, since older SPAs may carry the 2021 date and newer ones 31 December 2026 or a 2027 date.
2. **Which of the four buildings the unit is in.** The register holds one date for all four.
3. **That the unit is in Phase 1 (DLD project 1941)** and not Tonino Lamborghini Phase 2, a separate registration.
4. **The next DLD inspection.** The jump from 53.9% to 60% in September 2026 needs to continue for an early 2027 handover.
