## What is the Timez by Danube payment plan?

Portals describe the standard plan as 70% during construction and 30% on handover. Danube separately markets a post-handover option on some of its projects of 1% of the price per month for 30 months after handover. Confirm which plan applies to your unit before booking, since the two structures push very different amounts of cash to different dates.

As a worked example only, for a studio listed from AED 800,000 under the 70/30 plan: the 4% Dubai Land Department registration fee would be about AED 32,000. Added to a typical booking instalment, that is extra cash needed on day one, on top of the construction-linked payments.

In July 2026 it announced 11 projects due for handover within 12 months, though Timez by Danube, due in 2028, was not among that near term group. No delay at a specific Danube project has been reported by major UAE news outlets as of September 2026.
