Meraas launched The Acres on 13 January 2024. It has built the community out in three phases, and only two have a published handover estimate, both from Propsearch rather than Meraas itself.

## What is The Acres payment plan?

Portal listings show more than one plan for The Acres, depending on phase and unit. One Phase 1 structure runs 10% at booking, eight further instalments to 30% and a final 35% at handover. Phase 3's structure is simpler: 10% at booking, 55% during construction and 35% at handover.

Applying the Phase 3 structure to a 3 bedroom villa listed from AED 5.5 million: 10% at booking is AED 550,000, plus the 4% DLD registration fee of AED 220,000, for AED 770,000 due at booking. The 55% construction share is AED 3,025,000, and the 35% due at handover is AED 1,925,000. This is an example only. Confirm the exact plan for your phase and unit before booking.
