Sky Harmony by Peace Homes was launched in June 2026 with a Q4 2027 handover in news and agent listings (Alnair, 19 June 2026). The DLD project register, where it appears as "Sky Harmony By Peace Homes", holds a later registered completion date of 20 January 2029. Continental Club records the developer's own handover as Q1 2029.

So two dates are in circulation, about 13 months apart. The registered date sits exactly three years after the registered construction start.

## Sky Harmony by Peace Homes construction update

The DLD register shows 0% at an inspection on 14 October 2025 and a construction start of 20 January 2026. The next inspection, on 10 September 2026, recorded 12.6% complete. The escrow account is held at ADCB under DLD project number 4147.

Building began about five months before the public launch, so the project was already on site when sales opened.

## Sky Harmony by Peace Homes developer and delivery record

Peace Homes Development says Sky Harmony was its third launch in three months and its fourth project in JVC. Data Habibi lists nine Peace Homes projects, all active, with none completed on DLD records and one past its current handover date (accessed 11 October 2026). The JVC buildings that are further along will be the first test of its schedules.

3. **The service charge estimate**, listed by some portals at AED 15 per sq ft.
4. **The progress at the next DLD inspection**, after 12.6% in the first eight months on site.
