## When will Seaside by Prestige One be handed over?

Prestige One gives a December 2026 handover for Seaside, citing the project's disclosure documents. The DLD register, where the project appears as "Seaside By Prestige One", holds a registered completion date of 25 December 2026. Portals and agent listings show Q4 2026.

## Seaside by Prestige One construction update

The DLD register records construction starting on 25 July 2024. The inspection on 30 April 2026 put the building at about 33.3%, and the inspection on 30 July 2026 at 43.03%, a gain of 9.71 points in three months. The escrow account is held at ADCB under DLD project number 3119.

At that rate, the remaining 57 points would take about 18 months from July 2026, well beyond 25 December 2026. Reaching the registered date would need the pace to more than treble.

Seaside is a single residential building with 121 units, mostly 2 bedroom apartments.

## Seaside by Prestige One developer and delivery record

Prestige One Developments lists Seaside among its 2024 launches, alongside Golf Residences, Parkway and The One. The developer handed over two buildings in 2026: The Residence in JVC in late March, and Vista in Dubai Sports City in April (Gulf News, 16 April 2026). Vista had an estimated completion of 2025 and finished in April 2026 (Propsearch). At that time Prestige One said it had nearly 2,500 units under construction.

## What to check before buying at Seaside by Prestige One

1. **The SPA completion date and grace period**, given the gap between 43% progress and the December 2026 date.
2. **The quarterly instalment schedule**, since the construction share may be due by date rather than by progress.
3. **Funding for the 35% handover payment**, which would fall due on completion whenever that comes.
4. **The service charge estimate**, which the DLD register does not yet publish for this building.
