Samana Developers launched Barari Heights for booking on 21 April 2025, and construction began shortly after. Published completion dates do not agree. Property Finder gives 21 April 2028. Propsearch, checked on 14 March 2026, gives a later date of 31 October 2028.

As a worked example only, for a studio at the AED 759,000 starting price: 20% at launch is AED 151,800, plus the 4% DLD registration fee of AED 30,360, for AED 182,160 due at booking. The 50% construction instalments total AED 379,500, and the final 30%, due after handover, is AED 227,700.
