## When was Regalia by Deyaar handed over?

Regalia by Deyaar is complete. Dubai Land Department data reported by Propsearch shows the 76 storey tower, plus one basement level, was completed in April 2026. Deyaar's own project page gives 31 March 2026 as the handover date, in line with that.

That is later than first planned. Bayut listed a Q4 2024 completion target when the project launched in September 2021, so the tower was completed around 16 months after that original date.
