The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a completion date of 17 November 2028 for Pinewood Estate Homes. Wasl and most broker pages give Q4 2028, and several say December 2028. One broker microsite for the community lists 2029. Construction is at an early stage. The DLD recorded 0% on 16 June 2025 and 0.32% on 11 March 2026, and no newer inspection was in the register as updated on 4 October 2026 (Continental Club). The register also shows a construction start date of 18 March 2026. A broker guide reported foundation work starting in mid 2025 after the masterplan launch (Benjamin Baker, 30 April 2026), but the DLD readings show only 0.32% by March 2026. Every home has a maid's room and parking for two cars, and corner homes add a private pool, a lift and a rooftop canopy (Peak Trust). The DLD records smaller areas for the same homes. 3 bedroom sales are registered at about 2,383 sq ft, which matches the low end of the 2,383 to 7,269 sq ft range Wasl gave at launch (Zawya, 20 June 2025). Published sources do not explain the gap. ## Pinewood Estate Homes prices and resale DLD sales from 21 April to 3 September 2026 ranged from AED 5,656,777 for a 3 bedroom of about 2,383 sq ft to AED 9,033,777 for the largest home sold, about 4,789 sq ft. The DLD has recorded 74 sales in the project since 2026, with a median of about AED 2,375 per sq ft on the DLD size basis (Continental Club). The most recent sale listed was AED 9,033,777 on 3 September 2026. ## Pinewood Estate Homes payment plan Wasl sells Pinewood on an 80/20 plan: 1. 10% on booking, plus the 4% DLD fee. 2. 70% in instalments during construction. 3. 20% on handover, set for Q4 2028. DirectDXB confirmed the same plan on 4 October 2026. ## Pinewood Estate Homes developer and delivery record Wasl Properties is part of Wasl Asset Management Group, a Dubai government-linked developer and landlord founded in 2008. It is the master developer of The Next Chapter. Its Wasl 1 phases at Al Kifaf, Park Gate Residences and 1 Residences, were handed over before Park Views launched in 2023 (see [Park Views Residences](/projects/park-views-residences/)).
