Omniyat's own construction update page, last updated in August 2026, targets Building Completion Certification in early 2027. That is later than the estimates on property portals: Property Finder lists Q4 2026 and Propsearch lists an estimated Q2 2026, a quarter that has already passed. ## What is the Orla by Omniyat payment plan?

Property Finder lists 5% at booking, 45% during construction in 3 instalments, and 50% on handover. As an example only, on the lowest launch price of AED 22 million, the 5% deposit is about AED 1.1 million.
