Iman Developers gives a completion in the second quarter of 2028. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register, where the tower is listed as One Park Square By Iman under DLD project 3366, holds a registered completion date of 30 June 2028. Propsearch and Property Finder also show Q2 2028. The latest DLD inspection, on 22 September 2026, recorded 20.05% complete. The date has not changed since launch, but about 80 points of work remain with 21 months to go. The register describes the building as ground, five podium levels and 24 floors, with retail on the ground floor (Mitchells, register as at 4 October 2026). Propsearch lists 30 storeys, counting all levels. Iman announced the groundbreaking after the sell-out, valuing the project at AED 320 million. Power Axes Foundation carried out the foundation work, and Federal Engineering Consultants is the architect (Propsearch). Iman posted a construction update in September 2026. The 20.05% reading of 22 September 2026 is the latest DLD figure. ## One Park Square by Iman homes and sizes The tower overlooks a park in JVC District 11. Iman lists 266 homes and 3 retail units; the DLD register lists 269 units in one building. Home types run from studios and 1 bedrooms to 2 bedroom duplexes and 3 bedroom penthouses. Propsearch counts four penthouses and six duplexes. Listings in 2026 give apartment sizes from about 427 to 1,217 sq ft (ezre). Amenities include a 40 metre pool on the first floor and a clubhouse on the 11th floor with a gym, sauna and indoor play area (Propsearch). ## One Park Square by Iman prices and resale Iman launched the tower in November 2024 and said all units sold within four hours (Propsearch). Units were priced from AED 725,000 at launch. Listings in 2026 start from AED 750,000, about AED 1,756 per sq ft at entry (ezre). The DLD register shows 260 registered sales. Across 134 sales since 28 April 2025, the median is AED 1,613 per sq ft, with a median price of AED 1.12 million and a median size of 771 sq ft. That is 3.1% above the off-plan median of AED 1,565 per sq ft in the wider DLD area of Al Barsha South Fourth over the 12 months to 5 October 2026 (Mitchells). ## One Park Square by Iman payment plan Iman's launch fact sheet sets out a 60/40 plan: - 20% on booking - 10% within 90 days - 10% each at 20%, 40% and 60% construction completion - 40% on project completion The construction instalments follow construction progress, so the 40% stage falls due only once the tower passes 40%. A second option, full payment in cash, carries a 14% discount (offplans.com). On a unit at the AED 1.12 million median, the completion payment is about AED 448,000. ## One Park Square by Iman developer and delivery record One Park Square is Iman Developers' 14th project (Iman Developers). The tower sold out within four hours, so its delivery record will rest on the pace of construction rather than on sales.
