## When will Oasiz 2 by Danube be handed over?

Danube's project page gives completion in November 2027, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives a registered completion date of 30 November 2027 for Oasiz 2 by Danube, project number 3260. Property Finder, which lists it as Oasiz Phase 2 by Danube, shows the same date.

Danube's internal inspection on 31 August 2026 put the tower at 33%. The DLD's last site inspection, on 29 July 2026, recorded 31%. On 30 July 2026 Danube named Oasiz 1 and 2 among 11 projects it planned to hand over within 12 months (GoDubai), which would be earlier than the registered date. No earlier date has been registered.

## Oasiz 2 by Danube construction update

Danube's update of 31 August 2026 lists the substructure complete, the 16th floor slab cast, blockwork up to the 11th floor and plastering up to the 4th, and says superstructure work is ahead of schedule. The DLD figure moved from 18.53% on 15 April 2026 to 31% on 29 July 2026, a gain of 12.47 points in about three and a half months (Continental Club, DLD data).

The DLD register describes one building of a basement, ground floor, four podium levels, 37 floors and a roof, with a project area of 23,994.5 square metres. Construction was registered as starting on 1 December 2024. The first tower, [Oasiz by Danube](/projects/oasiz-by-danube/), stands next to it as a separate DLD project with 410 homes.

## Oasiz 2 by Danube homes and sizes

The tower has 483 apartments: studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, some with private pools. Sizes below are from DLD sales registered between July and September 2026 (Mitchell's; Overit).

## Oasiz 2 by Danube prices and resale

Danube's own page, which now marks the project sold out, lists studios from about AED 699,000, larger "presidential" studios from AED 777,000, 1 bedrooms from AED 935,000, 2 bedrooms from AED 1.29 million and 3 bedrooms from AED 1.755 million. Property Finder gives a launch price of AED 769,000 and Continental Club AED 727,000, so sources differ on the entry price.

Mitchell's counts 481 sales registered by 25 September 2026. Overit puts the median at AED 952,320, or AED 1,872 per sq ft, with 33 sales in the past 12 months at a median AED 773,000. Recent registered prices include:

Studios sold between AED 680,000 and AED 773,000 in late 2025, and between AED 754,160 and AED 855,000 from July to September 2026 (Mitchell's, DLD data).

## Oasiz 2 by Danube payment plan

Danube sold Oasiz 2 on a 70/30 plan, which its own page labels a 30/70 plan: 10% down payment, 54% during construction, 6% on handover and 30% after handover over 30 months at 1% a month (Continental Club; Property Finder). A broker schedule from May 2025 sets out 10% at booking, 10% within two months, then 1% monthly instalments with larger payments of 7% at months 14 and 26.

On the AED 855,000 studio sold in September 2026, the 6% on handover is AED 51,300 and the post-handover 30% is AED 256,500, or about AED 8,550 a month for 30 months.

## Oasiz 2 by Danube developer and delivery record

Danube Properties says it has launched 32 projects and delivered 16, with 16 more under construction (Arabian Post, 30 July 2026). It handed over Opalz in Dubai Science Park in April 2025, its third project in a row completed ahead of schedule. Danube unveiled Oasiz 1 and 2 together on 13 September 2024, about 900 homes in all, with completion promised within 36 months (Khaleej Times).

## What to check before buying at Oasiz 2 by Danube

1. **That the unit is in Oasiz 2, DLD project 3260**, not the first Oasiz tower, which has its own project number and progress figure.
2. **The escrow bank in the DLD app.** Mitchell's lists Ajman Bank and Continental Club lists National Bank of Fujairah for this project.
3. **The post-handover balance on a resale unit**, since 30% runs for 30 months after handover and transfers with the unit.
4. **The handover notice terms in the SPA**, in case Danube hands over before 30 November 2027 and the 6% falls due earlier.
